Dining in the Dark heightens awareness and sensitivity to the challenges faced by individuals of all ages who are experiencing blindness or significant vision impairment. People attending Dining in the Dark will be given a blindfold and instruction on how to navigate their plate while blindfolded prior to dining.

The National Federation of the Blind of Vermont is hosting the 2023 State Convention, "Blind Vermonters in Charge of Change: Doing Our Part for Freedom and Unity" on May 6th at the Delta Hotels by Marriott. Join blind Vermonters in promoting training, support, and information for the blind community while democratically electing leadership and establishing organizational priorities.
