Family Care Council Area 4 serves Northeast Florida, advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Through monthly meetings and collaboration with state agencies, FCC Area 4 works to improve services and support for the disability community in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. John counties.
