By focusing on rehabilitative treatments and empowering individuals, we aim to foster self-sufficiency and employment opportunities for those in need. Established by the Florida Legislature in 2004, the foundation collaborates with the Florida Division of Blind Services, advocating for outreach programs and educational initiatives. Led by a dedicated Board of Directors comprising leaders from the visually impaired community, all serving as non-paid volunteers, our foundation strives to raise funds and amplify public awareness for our cause.
